- You monitor and track daily air import shipments from arrival through final delivery.
- You keep shipment status information up to date and proactively communicate delays to customers.
- You prepare and send arrival notifications.
- You ensure customer deadlines and service commitments are consistently met.
- You coordinate terminal fee payments and verify customs clearance status.
- You arrange and monitor final mile deliveries, including truckload, expedited and LTL shipments.
- You follow up with airlines, carriers and transportation partners to ensure smooth execution.
- You prepare shipment billing and support win/loss analysis.
- You communicate daily with customers, customs brokers, airlines and transportation providers by phone and email.

- You thrive in a fast-paced air freight environment and know how to prioritize effectively.
- Quality service and satisfied customers, whether internal or external, are important to you.
- You remain organized, focused and professional, even in challenging situations.
- You have experience in air import operations and understand the end-to-end shipment process.
- Experience in dispatching truckloads, expedited trucks and LTL freight is preferred
- Experience working with AS/400 is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of German or Spanish is helpful, but not a must.
